Equal Employment Opportunity Officer


The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice recognizes that equal employment opportunity is the law and is committed to the principle of equal opportunity in all employment practices, privileges, and benefits.  The Department has an internal complaint procedure – FDJJ 1003.22.  Employees may file a complaint with any of the Department’s managers or supervisors or file directly with the Department’s  EEO Officer.  Employees, as well as applicants, may opt to file complaints with the Florida Commission on Human Relations or the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
