Restoring Hope Training Summit


The Office of Prevention Services launched the Restoring Hope Training Summit in 2018.  

Promoting the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice's Mission:

"To increase public safety by reducing juvenile delinquency through effective prevention, intervention and treatment services that strengthen families and turn around the lives of troubled youth".

The purpose of this Training Summit is to better equip partners to engage youth more effectively within their communities. The training is a forum for DJJ and community stakeholders to come together and develop strategies that will enhance reform efforts, strengthen families and build connections while empowering attendees with relevant advancements in juvenile justice reform. This training provides educational information on the Department's continuum of services, resources, it highlights effective prevention and intervention strategies, in addition to encouraging capacity building amongst juvenile justice service providers.
