What is the Restoring Hope Community Network?

Individuals, organizations and groups, working collectively statewide to help prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency by providing direct services and advocating for youth. The group meets monthly to develop strategies designed to assist youth in DJJ programs and facilities. 

Our Vision:

The children and families of Florida will live in safe, nurturing communities that provide for their needs, recognize their strengths and support their successes.

Our Mission:

To increase public safety by reducing juvenile delinquency through effective prevention, intervention and treatment services that strengthens families and turn around the lives of troubled youth.

Vision

The vision of the Restoring Hope Community Network is to restore hope in Florida communities by building and maintaining lasting and impactful relationships that improve the lives of youth and families through volunteerism and networking.

Services Needed:

Worship Services, Book Studies, Transitional Services, Tutoring / Academic Skills, Mediation / Conflict Resolution, Job Training / Placement, Community Service Work, Life Skills Training Programs, Pregnancy Prevention, Afterschool Programming, Gender – Specific Programs, Self – Esteem Development, Substance Abuse Prevention, Mentoring Programs, Food Pantries / Clothing Closets, Counseling (Grief, Anger Management, etc.), Individual, Family and Group.

Contact the State & Federal Director or the Volunteer Services Coordinator to discover how you or your organization can become a DJJ partner.

We encourage EVERYONE to get involved with juvenile delinquency prevention and intervention!
