Federal Programs & Grants


The Title II Formula Grants Program is funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) which provides grant dollars to states and territories that support state and local delinquency prevention and intervention efforts and juvenile justice system improvements. In order for states to receives such funds, a 3-year plan must be submitted for carrying out its purpose.

Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (JJDP)

The Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Unit is designated to plan, allocate and monitor federal delinquency prevention funds.  Review information about Federal Grants, Requests for Proposal (RFP's), the (JJDP) State Advisory Group, and the Juvenile Justice Specialists who monitor the grants.
